While my heart was still with the brilliant colleagues of my past, my body and brain had staged a coup. Navigating a traumatic brain injury meant the corporate tempo was no longer a rhythm I could dance to. I had to learn the language of my own nervous system—and it was demanding a sanctuary.

Today, LUXAMORE is the engine that allows me to be a present mother to my three children (who are currently being raised on a diet of resilience and high-end flax). It is a business built on the understanding that true strength isn't found in speed, but in the deliberate, steady pace of recovery.

We don’t just talk about "walking the walk"—we literally do it, usually across 30 kilometres of coastline. Every year, we trek to raise vital funds for mental health, most recently with my daughters by my side.
